Davionte Ganter, known professionally as GaTa in this series, and in real life, is one of the best performers in this show. Whereas Lil Dicky is annoying as fuck, GaTa takes blow after blow from Lil Dicky as he, oftentimes, steps on racial issues and shuts down the success of the character GaTa. And, time after time this character GaTa saves Lil Dick's ass. I watch this show for actors like GaTa and other primary character actors, who should have their own show without Lil Dicky's character. More on GaTa, in an episode in a previous season Gata did a monolog on being bipolar, it was one of the strongest pieces of acting and adlib I've ever had the opportunity to watch. His acting chops went thru the roof with that scene, and persist through the entire series. However, I've never forgotten that single, riveting performance. Davionte Ganter deserves more attention from casting directors for movie and series characters, hello Donald Glover.
